He has huge experience of selling property both in Edinburgh and in rural Scotland and knows how the market works, in good times and in bad. He has set asking prices, handled closing dates and negotiated with solicitors for over four decades.

Since Mark is involved in relatively few properties at any one time, he can concentrate on his ‘charges’ reporting to the owners as often as need be. He can act “in loco owner” which can be particularly valuable for a businessman active in London or for the family of an old lady in a nursing home. The properties which Mark helps in the sale of are often distinctive and full of character, which he will do his best to bring to the attention of purchasers.
